✨ Fun, Pleasure, and Relaxation: similar to creativity, I find that many of my clients struggle to relax and play in adulthood. We can dive into your personal approach to fun and help you form a strategy to expand joy.

✨ Emotional First Aid: We are living through some difficult times. In this session, I teach you somatic tools for emotional self-soothing learned from coaches Simone Seoul and Melissa Tiers.

Coaching program investments start at $2,500, with packages and payment plans available. For transparency, all of the information about coaching and pricing is on my website. 

This session is no-strings-attached, which means that I will not be making a sales pitch on this call. I am happy to answer questions for those who are interested in my programs. I may express an interest in coaching you and invite you to do so if I think we are a good fit, but there will be no pressure.
